[CASE STUDY: AFTER] LightSong video

Hi everyone. This is Malee from Sacred Fire Creative. I wanted to show you the redesign for the Light Song website. The website was transferred from Adobe Business Catalyst over to Word Press. This is the main slider. For each slide you have a different call to action. You can just see the button here. The menu across the top. Then as you scroll down you can learn more about the courses. This is a different kind of slider that just has a list of the courses. You can also select any of the courses here or any of the main pages. There’s also a video slider so you can play the videos here. Then the blog. You can click any of these to learn more about these articles.

If you scroll down here, this section on shamanic information takes you to pages that are related to the important topics for this school. There’s a testimonial slider here. Then an area to sign up for the newsletter for your free gift. The arrow takes you back up to the top where we can take a look at one of the pages. This is just the level one class. You can see the main information for the class is on the left. There is a side bar with news and also with the Facebook like box. This is their events calendar. Then here’s their contact page. There’s also a section on the articles that were written by Jan Engle-Smith. These articles you can also look them up alphabetically if you know of a certain one that you want to look up. These are just a great resource for the community.

You know, this is a pretty extensive site so there’s just a lot of information here. I invite you to visit the site at Lightsong.net. Thanks a lot.

[CASE STUDY: BEFORE] LightSong video

All right. I’m just taking a video of the old LightSong website so that you can see their redesign and this is the original site and they wanted to keep the logo and the title of course and we reorganized the whole site. This is the homepage and you can see they have some drop down menus here. They click on upcoming courses that’s listed right there and then you can also see the blog. This is the LightSong calendar. The out page and some testimonials. It took me off the site. Okay. Just to give you a sense of what their site is like. Has 2 columns on the side, there is 2 side bars here left and the right one. There is a sign up for the mailing list over here. All right. That’s it. Thank you.

[CASE STUDY: BEFORE] Terri McKee Photography

All right, so I am just going to record an overview of Terry McKee’s photography website before, so that when you see the redesign, you’ll know what it was like originally. This is her website. It is a wordpress.com site, and it’s a blog, essentially. This is her last post, which which she was in September of last year, and you scroll down. It just kind of infinitely scrolls, and so that’s her site. Also, I’ll show you the contact page, her about page, and then she’s got a gallery link, which actually just takes you back to the blog. If you look at this blog post, then it has a little gallery here that it can go through automatically, and then you can also press forward on her images. It has a couple share buttons, and that’s it. All right. Terry McKee Photography. Thanks a lot.

[CASE STUDY: AFTER] TERRI MCKEE PHOTOGRAPHY

Hi everybody. It’s Malee from Sacred Fire Creative, and this is the website for Terri McKee Photography.

You’ll notice right away that the colors match her logo and branding, and there’s a main slider that presents her main areas of work. There’s fashion photography, events behind-the-scenes, and also product photography.

Each of these slider images is actually populated through her blog posts, so whenever she has a new blog post, that becomes part of the main slider.

Then, if you go to the About page, there’s Terri. Then, in her gallery … I’ll show you the behind-the-scenes gallery. You’ll notice that it’s a tiled gallery, and if I click any of these images, it’ll take me to the slide show.

She also has her store, so that people can purchase their images here. Finally, her contact page. There you go. Please visit terrimckeephotography.com. Thanks a lot.

[CASE STUDY: BEFORE] New Age Accounting

All right. This is the original site for New Age Accounting Services. She actually updated some of this since I first started working with her, but this gives you a sense of what the site is like and what we did afterwards. This is the homepage and it shows what we do, who we serve here. It has her contact information down here at the bottom. Then when you go to the services page, this is the list of services. There’s also a link here to the contact page. There is also an about page and it just has a short summary here, and then her contact page. It’s pretty straight forward. There’s another link right here back to the services page, and that’s it. Thanks.

[CASE STUDY: AFTER] NEW AGE ACCOUNTING

Hi everyone. This is Malee from Sacred Fire Creative. I’m presenting the New Age Accounting website. You’ll notice, first of all, just an updated look and a new logo. We have a main slider, and then a welcome page. We also have a new firm profile where we’ve done head shots for Kristin, care of Terry Mckee. Then, for each of the services, I’ve broken it out into different areas. We have a team of writers that provides content. There’s a call to action at the bottom of every page. You’ll also notice that we are linked to her newsletter. In the resources area, we’ve added some financial tools so that clients can use financial calculators and get some more information about their questions. There is a contact page that also provides a map to Kristen’s office. You’ll notice over here there’s a client portal so that clients can access their own private information. There you have it, New Age Accounting. Thanks a lot.
